Patch Striped Jacket

Fully lined jacket inspired by sack coats from the late 1800s. Individual strips of fabric were hand-cut and sewn one by one, with edges left raw, on a base to create forced “stripes”, resulting in a striking impression on the piece. Functioning surgeon cuffs are integrated into the front part of the sleeve rather than at the back to create visual interest. Finished with brass buttons and a soft 100% cotton twill lining, with interior welt pockets.
