Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Metro Manila
Orders within Metro Manila are shipped via Lalamove and typically arrive within 3–5 days.
Nationwide (Philippines)
Orders outside Metro Manila are shipped via LBC Express and typically arrive within 5–7 days.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 7–14 days.
Delivery times exclude holidays and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
A flat shipping rate applies to all orders within the Philippines.
Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
Pre-Order Items
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production after payment confirmation. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, we will notify you via SMS.
Orders with Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once the pre-order item is completed.
Customs & Delivery
CONSTRUCTION LAYERS is not responsible for additional VAT, duties, or customs charges incurred during international shipping. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are beyond our control. We are unable to declare a lower value to avoid customs charges.
Lost or delayed shipments are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Any claims must be filed directly with the courier.
RETURNS
Returns are only applicable to in-stock items.
Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item or damaged upon arrival).
Please note that measurements provided in the size chart are intended as a guide only. Minor variations of up to ±0.25 inches may occur and will not affect the intended silhouette of the garment.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. CONSTRUCTION LAYERS is not responsible for normal wear and tear and reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet these conditions.
