Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Orders within Metro Manila will be shipped through Lalamove.
For the rest of the Philippines, we will be using GoGo Xpress shipping and should take 5-7 days to arrive (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one's control).
Please note that a flat rate will be charged for all orders within the Philippines.
International orders will be shipped through DHL Express.
For items that are IN STOCK:
- Shipment will be processed in 2-3 days once the payment confirmation is acknowledged.
For items labeled as PRE-ORDER:
- Please give us 3-4 weeks for the production period after the payment is sent and acknowledged. Once your order is done and ready to be shipped, we will keep in touch with you through SMS.
Orders that include both IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER items:
- Shipment for the order will be processed once the PRE-ORDER item is finished.
CONSTRUCTION LAYERS will not be responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs are separate from the shipping cost and are out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.
Lost shipments are not the responsibility of CONSTRUCTION LAYERS and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
RETURNS
Returns are only applicable to items that are IN STOCK.
Items labeled as PRE-ORDER cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is an error on our part (wrong size or damaged).
*Please note that the measurements provided in the size chart are just guides and that there might be a discrepancy of +/- 0.25” in the final product. Rest assured this will not affect the overall intended silhouette of the garment.

CONSTRUCTION LAYERS will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
